arc Academy encompasses all of the programs and educational programming we have put in place to enrich the lives of our Ambassadors. Ambassadors are arc Thrift Store employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Everything that is special about arc is embodied in these amazing, vibrant people who are the heart of the arc family.
