“To build your brand, you have to go with your instincts, your style. It will be someone else’s style, too.”

Lindsey, of ReStyle by Renn, has turned her lifelong passion for fashion and sustainability into a fun side gig as a secondhand and vintage reseller. Her keen eye for timeless pieces and a dedication to eco-friendly practices has helped her to promote the beauty and value of preloved items.

Growing up in the GenX era, the epitome of unique self-expression, she developed a love for secondhand shopping. Influenced by her mom, who is a connoisseur of unique, high-quality goods, she has become adept at identifying high-quality, stylish pre-owned and vintage items that resonate with today's fashion-conscious consumers.

Her journey as a reseller began as a way to purge her ever-growing closet so she could justify weekly thrifting trips scoring “new” treasures. It slowly grew as she started to find pieces at the thrift stores that were not her size but that she just couldn’t leave behind. Cut to now, she has an established closet on Poshmark, a growing social media presence on Instagram and TikTok and an in-person booth of goodies at Park Hill Treasures in Denver, CO.

Her newest passion, as a mid-40s woman navigating the world of a changing body size, is to make sure that woman of all ages and sizes know that the thrifting and vintage world has a place for them. There is a stigma that plus-size woman can’t find cool items at the thrift stores, and she wants to make sure that they know that they can!!

Going forward, Lindsey would like to expand her reselling business into a secondhand stylist service offering style bundles and personal shopping for all who do not have the time, or the interest, in rifling through the racks at the thrift store.

In addition to her reselling business, Lindsey is a full-time HR Manager working in academic healthcare and a dog mom to a 150-pound mastiff and a super energetic Border Collie/Australian Shepherd. She was born and raised in Colorado and will never leave mainly due to the 35 ARC stores she has to choose from!
