“Thrifting feeds my soul.”

Early in her career, Vera Murphy was a property manager. She liked the job well enough, but her real love was treasure hunting at thrift stores and garage sales. It didn’t take her long to turn that passion into a new journey of buying, repairing, and painting finishes on found pieces. She then became a vendor and sold her thrifted finds at open air markets and antique shops. She then branched out again and purchased a beautiful old home on a Main Street in Loveland, Colorado where the rooms are filled with what she calls “vignettes” of different decor that she and four other women create.
