“I am hoping to spark joy when people receive their items from Wagnes.”

Paula’s sewing adventure started ten years ago when she couldn’t find quality clothing for her toy poodle. At that time, she had no idea how to sew but jumped in and spent a year learning, practicing, and making a ton of mistakes. Once she mastered couture sewing skills, she decided to take her love of sewing and dogs and create a business. That’s when Wagnes was born. On the weekends Paula is obsessed with creating thrift flips for her dogs. It all started when she found a brand-new Disney sequined little girls dress at a thrift store and then turned it into a gown for her four-pound Maltese, Pixie, and posted it on her social media accounts. Everyone loved it! Over the past 10 months she has posted 59 additional flips.
